Pages on this site don't use advertising cookies or trackers. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.
The bids you upload, and any certificate of insurance you add, are sent to Anthropic to be read. The "help stop HOAs being overcharged" box is ticked when the page opens. If you leave it ticked, we keep a private copy of the files and the result, and they become part of the quote check's own pricing records, which belong to hoahandbooks.com. We use them to improve the check and to build pricing information about contractor work, such as typical prices by job type, state and year. We never publish or sell an individual bid. We may publish or share pricing figures built from many bids, with names and contact details taken out. If you untick the box, nothing is kept.
Bids can contain a business's name and contact details, so cover anything you don't want to share before uploading. To stop misuse, each visitor has a daily limit, worked out from their internet address; that count is temporary and isn't linked to anything else.
